We are seeking to appoint a Student Support Officer to join our pastoral team. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in responding to the needs of our students, supporting their social, emotional, and behavioural development, and helping them thrive in a high-expectation environment.
The role involves:
· Personable, adaptable, and proactive, able to think on their feet and respond to changing priorities.
· Committed to inclusion and passionate about helping young people develop resilience and ambition.
· Skilled at communicating with students, staff, and families, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
This is a busy and rewarding position where you will make a real difference to the lives of our students. You don’t need prior school experience—training will be provided—but you do need a strong sense of purpose and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Contract: Term time only, 37 hours per week
Hours: 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00–15:30 Friday
