Salary: £30,518 – 32,597 FTE £26,484 (Actual),

Stephenson
Academy provides education for students both male and female aged between 9 and 16 years. We
are the local SEN provision for students with social emotional and mental
health needs (SEMH). We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality
curriculum, truly individualised to meet the needs of our students, ensuring
successful outcomes for all. We have a cohort of staff who are from all walks

The attendance officer is responsible for
supporting with the administrative and organisational processes within the school. They will also
act as the initial point of
contact for professionals, parents, visitors and other stakeholders so will be
an ambassador for the school and embody
the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions.
To monitor and report on whole-school attendance data, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. To
work closely with pupils, staff, parents
and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.

integrity and being able to work
effectively as part of a team
