candidate should be able to inspire and motivate students as well as have the
ability to work well as part of a lively and professional team.

The successful candidate for this
role will have:

Qualified
Teacher Status

Ability to teach
KS3 and KS4
·
Effective
behaviour management
·
Knowledge of planning,
assessment, and record-keeping

Ability to work
as part of a team

Ability to be an
effective tutor
·
Commitment to
further training and development
·
Willingness and
ability to be an effective tutor, including a willingness to teach PSHE
·
It would also be
desirable for you to be able to teach KS5 if necessary
