We are looking for a Lead Practitioner who combines classroom excellence with a
genuine commitment to developing others.
This role focuses on strengthening teaching and learning
across the academy by modelling high-quality practice, coaching colleagues and
designing thoughtful professional development rooted in evidence and impact. It
suits someone who combines deep subject expertise with a collaborative spirit,
high expectations and a genuine belief that great teaching changes lives.
