We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Secondary Teaching Assistant to lead targeted EHCP interventions at Cromwell Community College, supporting pupils to thrive both academically and emotionally. This role offers the chance to work closely with young people who require tailored support, combining structure, patience and encouragement to help them take confident steps forward in their learning. The post is grounded in teamwork, professional trust and a shared belief that every pupil can achieve.  Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted EHCP interventions and provide structured support for individual pupils and small groups under teacher direction
  • Support learning, inclusion, independence and emotional wellbeing within the classroom and wider school environment
  • Implement and adapt planned learning activities to meet individual needs, providing feedback on progress and engagement
  • Contribute to monitoring, recording and sharing pupil progress with teaching staff and relevant colleagues
  • Uphold safeguarding, inclusion and Active Learning Trust values in all aspects of the role
