We are looking for a skilled and thoughtful Head of Modern Foreign Languages to lead and develop MFL at Cromwell Community College. This role sits at the heart of our commitment to high-quality teaching, strong curriculum thinking and ambitious outcomes for every pupil. As the Head of MFL, you will provide clear strategic direction, build an effective and supported team, and ensure a well-sequenced, inclusive curriculum that brings languages to life.
