We are seeking a thoughtful and proactive Pupil Support Officer to help
create an environment where every student feels supported, understood and able
to succeed. Working as part of a close-knit pastoral team, the role focuses on
breaking down barriers to learning by strengthening relationships, promoting
positive behaviour and ensuring effective safeguarding. It combines direct work
with students with partnership working across staff, families and external
services. This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated by purpose,
values collaboration and brings both empathy and clarity to supporting young
people to engage fully in school life.
