Applicants should possess relevant teaching
assistant qualifications or equivalent, a high level of basic skills and be
able to work as part of a team. They should also be prepared to support
children within the classroom and work with groups or individual children with
additional needs from a range of classes as required.
Applicants should be:

quality curriculum provision in a caring Christian ethos.

Have a high standard of spoken and written English.
·
Be able to demonstrate sensitivity whilst working with others
and have good interpersonal skills.

Be willing to contribute to school life outside of the
classroom.
We require a Teaching Assistant who:

Is an experienced, outstanding classroom practitioner.
·
Has experience delivering high quality phonics interventions.
·
Has excellent relations with children of all ages and can
deal with situations in a calm and professional manner.
·
Has an excellent knowledge of the curriculum across all key
stages.
·
Works effectively as part of a class, key stage and whole
school team.
·
Can contribute to the wider school community.
