We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Provision Lead to run The Haven — our nurturing, trauma-informed space for students experiencing anxiety, emotional challenges, or school avoidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the daily running of The Haven, ensuring a calm, safe and supportive environment.
• Plan and deliver a structured day, including curriculum catch-up and enrichment.
• Develop personalised support and reintegration plans.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions focusing on emotional regulation, resilience and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with teaching, SEND, pastoral and safeguarding teams.
• Track attendance, behaviour and progress, reporting outcomes to senior leaders.
About You
• Experienced in supporting secondary-age students with SEMH or emotional needs.
• Skilled in building positive relationships and using restorative approaches.
• Confident delivering basic curriculum content (English/Maths catch-up).
• Calm, compassionate and resilient, with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.
