To build the strongest possible governing team, we are seeking people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are currently recruiting for:

  • A Chair of Governors

  • Governor with Financial Expertise

  • Foundation Governors – active members of the church and community who help uphold the schools’ Christian ethos

We welcome individuals with:

  • Experience in school governance

  • Chairing or leadership experience

  • Knowledge of education or school settings

Why become a governor?

The role offers significant personal and professional benefits, including:

  • Developing valuable skills such as strategic planning, chairing, financial management, governance, and teamwork

  • Building relationships and networks within the local community

  • Gaining deeper knowledge of our schools and contributing to the lives of local children and young people

Time Commitment

  • 5 meetings per year (approximately 3 hours each), held online

  • 2–3 in-person meetings per year with the link governor area you support

  • Additional involvement with school leaders for the Chair of Governors role
