A Day in the Life:
You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:
Work with the Director of Learning; Maths faculty, and other colleagues from across the senior leadership team to develop high quality KS3 Maths provision at Clacton County High School and to provide teachers and others involved in the delivery of Maths with high quality support to raise the educational outcomes of all students
Be an effective professional who demonstrates thorough curriculum knowledge, that he/she can teach and assess effectively, take responsibility for professional development and raise student achievement.
Understanding and applying effective classroom management.
To ensure that the delivery of the KS3 Maths specification is effective and meets the aims of the school improvement plan.
Have a working knowledge of teachers' professional duties and legal liabilities.
