We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our welcoming and supportive team at DSLV Secondary.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning and development across a range of subjects. Working closely with teaching staff, you will help foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive. You will provide both one-to-one and small group support, enabling students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
Pay range: NJC 8 - 12 £20,723.09 - £22,093.61 - 32.5 Hours, 39 weeks per year
FTE: £26,824 -£28, 598
