About this Role

Holmer Green Senior School is a popular 11 to 18 school with over 1250 students, including a large Sixth Form. The school has a range of newly built modern facilities which now a include purpose built English and Maths block, new cafeteria, fitness suite, as well as a modern Reception area.

We are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative and passionate practitioner to support our students in their preparation for life after school. The successful candidate will provide information, advice and guidance to students and their parents/carers in Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 in order to help them make realistic choices about future education, training and work.  They will promote and highlight careers across the school so that HGSS students are highly aspirational and knowledgeable about their next steps, and will manage key documents including the Compass tool and the Gatsby benchmarks.
