About this Role

Holmer Green Senior School are delighted to be ale to offer an opportunity to work within our Sixth Form team as a Learning Mentor. Our Sixth Form is 200 strong and expanding and we need someone to support the academic progress, behaviour and pastoral work within key stage 5 and to secure excellent achievement and progress of all students, ensuring gaps are narrowed by working with students, families on attendance and behaviour.  We need someone who can promote students’ confidence and independence so they are able to tackle challenging activities and display high levels of resilience, as well as someone who can develop and promote effective partnerships with parents, carers, other staff and students so they are highly positive about the school in terms of achievement, teaching and learning, behaviour and attendance.
