We are delighted to offer an outstanding opportunity to lead our aspirational Modern Foreign Languages Department, which delivers French and Spanish across all Key Stages. We are seeking a new Head of MFL who is conscientious, self‑motivated, and equipped with excellent subject knowledge, ready to take the next step into departmental leadership and join our dynamic middle‑leadership team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to support and develop colleagues through effective line management, mentoring, and coaching, while also building strong and collaborative working relationships. They will bring a proven record of highly successful teaching and a history of guiding pupils to achieve exceptional outcomes.
