STUDY SUPPORT SUPERVISOR 

The Norton Knatchbull School is looking for a Study Support Supervisor to work 28.75 hours per week, term time only plus 2 INSET days – 38.4 weeks per year.  Salary is KS C - £26,956 (Pro rata £18,058). 

The role will involve a broad range of duties including covering lessons in the absence of the teacher, working with individual students or small groups and providing administrative and other support as required, as well as covering break and lunchtime duties as necessary.  

You should have good interpersonal skills, be computer literate, have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work well under pressure. This post would suit graduates who would like to gain school experience before embarking on a career in teaching or someone who already has experience of teaching or providing support in the classroom.  Please include details of your areas of academic expertise in your application.
