At St Bede's Catholic Voluntary Academy, we have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time Lead Teaching Assistant, on a term-time only basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will be dynamic, caring and skilled with the ability to work flexibly across all age groups to support the needs of our students and enhance the work of our SENCO. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our student with additional needs in the line managing of colleagues and the provisions for identified students.
You will also provide all those involved in Special Needs and Learning Support the support, challenge, information and development necessary to sustain motivation and secure improvement in learning.
Working with children who have varying needs from SEN to behavioural and emotional needs, you will encourage the acceptance and inclusion of all children.
There will be opportunities to develop your career within the school which allows you to make a valued contribution to our children's learning.
