The Elms Primary School is located in Faringdon. We are a welcoming and supportive school community with high aspirations for all pupils. We are proud to be part of Cambrian Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust.

We are seeking to appoint a part-time SENCo to join our committed and hardworking team from September 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner who will determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school. Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability. Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues and parents.
