We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and resourceful Pastoral Support Assistant to join our values based school set in the heart of a picturesque Oxfordshire market town.
Taking a key role in ensuring an effective level of pastoral care is available to all students, enabling them to develop academically, socially and emotionally. You will need to be motivated, have excellent communication and organisation skills, have a flexible and calm approach and be able to respond to the needs of the school.
