About this Role

Join a Community Where We ‘Aspire, Believe, and Achieve’ Together at St Helena School

Do you have the skills to foster a stimulating environment where every child can achieve their very best? Ready to inspire young minds to dream big?

At St Helena School, we strive towards a mindset that anything is possible. We provide our young people with the confidence, motivation, and resilience to be successful through a wide and inclusive curriculum.

We're looking for an inspirational, highly motivated and exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated Senior Leadership Team at St Helena in September.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic, and values-driven individual who is an unshakable believer in the principle that all children matter and is passionately dedicated to making a tangible, positive difference in their lives and educational outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess a proven, demonstrable track record of effective leadership and management within an educational setting.

Crucially, the successful applicant must be an expert in the art of relationship-building, capable of effectively forging and maintaining strong, positive, and productive relationships with all key stakeholders: students, families, and staff. This encompasses being a visible, approachable, and authoritative presence within the school community, fostering a culture of mutual respect, high expectation, and collaboration.

Visits to the school are welcomed and encouraged. To arrange a visit, please contact Ann-Marie Swash (PA to Headteacher) via: ann-marie.swash@sth.school
