We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Inclusion Centre Coordinator to support our SENDCo with the day-to-day running of the Learning Support department. 

  • The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week (8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) 
  • This is a 39-week-per-year role, which includes term time and non-pupil/INSET days.

A Day in the Life:

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Inclusion Centre.
  • Preparing and delivering small groups of student intervention to support the needs of all SEN students.
  • Entering SEN data and creating reports for student tracking. 
  • Administering testing for SEN students and keeping accurate data.
  • Maintaining contact with parents of SEND students.

What We're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:

  • Experience working within a SEND environment.
  • A good standard of education (ideally Maths/English GCSE grade A*-C or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act on your own initiative.
  • A commitment to high standards of achievement from students and yourself.
