About this Role

We are looking to appoint a confident, calm and experienced administrator to join our busy and supportive Learning Support Team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar position and be confident working in a pupil facing role.

The Role

Full time/part time: The role is  full time during school term time plus insets - working 37 hours per week, term time (38 weeks) plus insets  (39 weeks per year)

Annual Leave paid:  5.6 weeks per year – to be taken in school holidays

Hours: 37 hours per week 8am-4pm Monday – Thursday and 8am – 3.30pm on Fridays – flexibility required  

Grade:  H4, SCP 6-8 - Pro-rata (actual) salary £22,915- £23,631 -paid for 45.6 weeks per year (over 12 monthly payments)

Nicholas Breakspear is a vibrant, nurturing and ambitious school. Situated on the outskirts of St Albans the school benefits from large spacious grounds and close links to London. The 2025 GCSE results place the school in the top 7% of schools nationally.
