We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and exceptionally skilled Deputy Headteacher. This is an opportunity for an individual to be part of a dedicated Senior Leadership Team who demonstrate a resolute determination that the school continuously improves. We are looking to appoint an outstanding individual who can work closely with the Headteacher to realise the vision of securing ‘quality and excellence’ in every aspect of school life; to create an outstanding Catholic community where we collectively Nurture our students so that they Believe in themselves and develop their relationship with God in order for them to Succeed in life.

 The primary areas of responsibility will be Curriculum Organisation and Design and Operations.  This will include areas such as strategic management of the curriculum and management of day-to-day operations, although the role can be adjusted to suit individual strengths.

 The ideal candidate for this post will committed to Catholic education and will be:

-  ideally a practising catholic

 ·  an excellent leader and communicator with a clear sense of moral purpose

·         - an outstanding teacher

·         -strategic, creative, energetic and highly organised

·  positive, resilient and hard working
