We're looking for a calm,
caring and enthusiastic Reflection Room Manager to become a vital part
of our community and help us continue to create a school that is characterised
by positivity, challenge, and enjoyment. The Reflection Room is a significant
part of our school, which supports students who need to have an opportunity to
reflect on their behaviour and consider how they improve their own experience
in school.
The Reflection Room Manager
will oversee the students’ structured work whilst they are in the Reflection
Room. This will include monitoring and
supporting them with work on their core subjects as well as overseeing their
therapeutic interventions associated with the reason for them being placed in
the Reflection Room.
