Location - Gillotts School within The River Learning Trust, RG9 1PS

10 - 15 hours per week, part time, term time only (38 weeks per year.,

NJC grade 4 (points 4-5) £24,404 - £24,790 pro rata per annum

Actual salary for 10 hours per week £5,530.22 per annum

Actual salary for 15 hours per week £8,295.33 per annum

In this part time, term time only position, you will play a key supporting role in dealing with invoices and processing payments on behalf of Gillotts School, using a number of financial systems. 

Occupying a 33 acre site on the edge of Henley-on-Thames, we are a co-educational academy with approximately 900 pupils aged 11-16 on roll.  We have recently been recognised outstanding by Ofsted, who said, ‘Pupils thrive because of the high-quality teaching and care they receive.’In the GCSE exams taken in 2023, our Progress 8 score put us in the top 10% of schools in the country.

This role is part of the Finance Department.  Supporting the Finance Manager, you will undertake general finance and administrative duties including processing, filing and scanning invoices and producing reports. 

With an eye for detail, you should have strong administration skills and be able to work as part of a team.  Knowledge of Google packages and experience of financial systems would be an advantage. 


This is part time term time only position of between 10-15 hours per week, negotiable depending on an applicants preference and the needs of the school.

There is free parking on site. The Finance Office looks out onto our beautiful grounds.
