About this Role

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and highly organised School Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our pupils, families and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school runs smoothly and continues to provide a welcoming, professional and supportive environment for everyone in our community.

We are seeking someone who is friendly, approachable and efficient, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Whether you already have experience in a school office or are looking to bring your administrative skills into education, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to ensuring every child thrives.

About Us

We are a proud, high-performing primary school where children are encouraged to Inspire, Enjoy and Achieve. Our core value of RESPECT underpins everything we do, and our unique provision – including our 7 Wonders – ensures that learning goes far beyond the classroom.

We are passionate about:

• Creating memorable learning experiences

• Supporting the whole child, including wellbeing and personal development

• Maintaining high expectations for every pupil

• Developing staff through high-quality CPD and collaboration

Our curriculum is shaped by our commitment to providing children with rich, meaningful experiences through our Magnificent 7. These are central to how we inspire curiosity, build confidence and develop the whole child.

We are looking for an administrator who will embrace this approach – someone who:

• Has strong administrative and organisational skills

• Can communicate professionally and effectively with pupils, families, staff and visitors

• Is able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure

• Has excellent attention to detail and maintains high standards of accuracy

• Builds positive relationships with colleagues and the wider school community

• Demonstrates warmth, professionalism and a commitment to excellent customer service

• Is proactive, flexible and keen to contribute to the wider life of the school

If you enjoy working with people, take pride in being highly organised and want to make a positive difference every day, you will feel very much at home here.

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8am-12pm, Wednesday 8am-3.15pm
