The role: Operations Manager
Salary: Grade 6 £33,699 - £37,280 FTE
Hours: 37 hours per week, year-round (52 weeks)
Contract term: Permanent

The role:
An
exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join our committed
team at Allestree Woodlands School. Within this role you will oversee key
operational functions playing a central role in ensuring the smooth running of
our school. You will manage and develop staff and be one of the main liaisons
between the school and the Trust’s central team. You will lead a high‑quality
support services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure full
compliance across the areas which fall within your remit.
The person:
The ideal candidate will be
enthusiastic, hardworking and organised. They will have experience of working
in a school environment and in a customer service focused role. We are looking
for someone who has the confidence to develop and improve the service provided
within the school and manage and motivate colleagues.
Experience of finance or budgeting
would be advantageous.
