Grade and Salary: Grade 4: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum
Working pattern: 37 hours, year-round

The
role:
This role
provides technical support for hardware and software across the school,
supporting both staff and students.
The role
will be responsible for the administration of all ICT networks, infrastructure,
computer workstations, software and peripherals. The role will ensure the
school is compliant with GDPR and its implications for data storage, retrieval,
dissemination and removal.
The
person:
The
successful candidate will have experience of software and hardware installation
and maintenance, and of resolving ICT problems while managing customer
experience and expectations.
The post
holder must be able to communicate to all stakeholders, be able to work to
deadlines, use their initiative and be able to prioritise their workload while
dealing with challenging circumstances.
