TLR 2.1 opportunity for Raising Aspirations:
The Raising Aspirations role at Stratton School supports students across the whole school to access leading universities and competitive pathways. The post holder provides targeted guidance on progression, leads and supports the Extended Project Qualification in the sixth form, and coordinates participation in programmes such as The Brilliant Club across KS4 and KS5. The role promotes inclusive access to high-quality enrichment and guidance for all students, ensuring equitable opportunities to raise aspirations and achieve their full potential.
