We have an excellent opportunity for an inspirational and enthusiastic Teacher of Art to join our friendly and forward-thinking team at Stratton School. This is an ideal position for either an experienced or early careers teacher who wishes to develop their practice in a supportive and innovative environment. 

  • The ideal candidate 

    • Qualified Teacher Status and degree in specialist subject 
    • Experience of teaching at KS3 to KS4
    • Evidence of securing high outcomes from students 
    • Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning 
    • Commitment to continuing professional development
    • Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support
    • Understand and be a proud advocate of the five values of all Meridian Trust schools
    • Believe that students make the best progress when teaching is well planned and well delivered
