About this Role

We are looking for an Teaching and Learning Support Assistant that has experience with CCF and is willing to support our growing detachment (8 hours per week ) to join our team here at Stanground Academy!

This role is Fixed term until 31.08.2026

We are seeking a caring and committed Learning Assistant to support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils reach their full potential. You’ll work with individuals and small groups to promote learning, independence, and wellbeing, supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. The role involves preparing resources, assisting with classroom activities, supporting pupils with additional needs, and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment. If you’re passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you. This is a zero hours contract in order to support the Academy as and when needed.
