We are looking for a Learning Assistant to join our team here at Stanground Academy!
To provide learning support to the Teacher across a range of activities to promote development and learning.
The working hours for this role will be 37 hours per week ( 08:15 - 16:15).
You’ll support pupils’ learning and development across the academy by supervising activities, assisting with curriculum-based tasks, and promoting independence and self-esteem. The role includes preparing resources, helping with personal skills, implementing individual learning plans, and working with external agencies where needed. You’ll maintain positive relationships, ensure health and safety, and uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies while reporting progress and concerns to teachers.
