The Deepings School is a mixed 11-18 comprehensive school at the heart of The Deepings, a vibrant, growing community in South Lincolnshire. We are proud to be part of Anthem, a multi-academy trust that creates ambitious and successful schools where every child thrives.

About the Role:

  • Play a key role in the running of our RAISE rooms and “On Call” provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive staff team and contribute to our vision of ensuring every student can thrive and feel valued. Our students were the driving force behind our core values of KINDNESS, RESPECT, and AMBITION—values which underpin everything we do.

What We Offer:

  • A welcoming, inclusive, and supportive school environment

About You:

  • You will be calm under pressure, organised, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You are committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of young people.

How to Apply:
If you want to help us build strong foundations for a thriving school community and support our students to achieve their best, apply today!

Safeguarding Notice:
