We are seeking an outstanding Academic Learning Mentor to join our highly successful, oversubscribed secondary school. As an Academic Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and maximise their academic progress. Working closely with the Deputy Headteacher, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families, you will provide targeted intervention and mentoring to help students develop confidence, resilience, and effective study skills.
