We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Medical Officer/ Attendance and Welfare Support to offer medical assistance and
attendance welfare support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who
believes in our vision and values, to work in a school that is excellently
resourced and fully committed to supporting and developing their staff.
We are looking for someone who:
- has
excellent and professional oral and written communication skills
- has effective use of
IT and other specialist equipment/ resources;
- has a strong sense of
accuracy and demonstrable attention to detail;
- understands the
importance of confidentiality;
- is enthusiastic and
self-motivation;
- has a First-Aid
qualification or is willing to undertake one;
- has the ability to
relate well to children and adults;
- is a positive role
model for young, developing and impressionable minds;
- has the ability to
work independently and constructively as part of a team, understanding school
roles and responsibilities and your own position within these;
- has experience working
in a school (desirable);
- has experience working
with SIMs (desirable).
