Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? Ilminster E-ACT Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious team.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will play a key part in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and confident to thrive.
We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, and motivated, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference. Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential—full training and development opportunities are provided.

Pay range: SCP5-7 - £17,645.80 - £18,201.08 - FTE: £25,583.00 - £26,403.00 - 29 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
