The successful candidate will possess strong subject knowledge and a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning in English, alongside a genuine commitment to supporting the progress and development of every student.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, adaptable in their approach, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive learning environment. A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.

Applicants should have the experience or capability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering high-quality lessons to students from Year 7 through to Year 13 across a range of abilities. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in students’ learning, quality of work, and behaviour.
