The Role

We are seeking reliable, punctual, and professional Exam Invigilators to supervise internal and external assessments on an ad hoc basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our exam processes, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with all examination board regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up exam rooms and distributing papers and materials.
Ensuring candidates follow examination regulations and maintaining exam conditions.
Recording accurate attendance and start/finish times.
Supervising students throughout exams, including during any necessary absences.
Collecting and securing exam scripts after each session.
Supporting the Exams Officer and wider school team with related duties.
Attending training/refresher sessions as required.

Previous experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
