As Principal, your leadership will make the academy a place

About you
You are an experienced and inspiring leader who shares our
vision and is committed to achieving excellence in every aspect of school
life—curriculum, teaching and learning, and pastoral care—for the benefit of
every student and their family.
You bring a proven and credible track record as a Principal
or Deputy Head, demonstrating the ability to lead with confidence and
integrity. You understand the importance of collaboration and have the maturity
to unite teams, foster strong relationships, and drive progress across the
academy and the wider Trust.
Above all, you believe in the transformative power of
education to change lives. You combine intellectual strength with exceptional
interpersonal skills and operational expertise, enabling you to deliver
improvement every day—locally within the academy and nationally as part of a
forward-thinking organisation.
About Ormiston Endeavour Academy
Ormiston Endeavour Academy is based in Ipswich. We are an
11–16 co-educational school with 865 students on roll from September 2026 with
student numbers growing year on year. The proportion of students with SEND is
broadly in line with national figures, and roughly a third of our students are
eligible for Pupil Premium.
Our curriculum goes beyond the national curriculum. We seek
to provide our students with the skills and experiences to be successful in
their chosen careers and to make positive contributions to society.
