Ormiston Forge Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding, creative and inspirational Teacher of Maths, to contribute fully to the Maths department at the academy over the next academic year. TLR payment may be available for the right candidate for pastoral responsibility.

You will be joining an excellent Maths department that has a relentless focus on raising achievement. This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT or an experienced teacher. (All our ECT’s are well supported by an excellent induction programme).

The ideal candidate must have the following: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Previous experience working as a maths teacher
  • Be versatile to take on a range of activities
  • Have the ability to work within a larger team 
  • Have high expectations of all learners 
  • Ability to teach out of subject if required
