We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant  to become part of our supportive secondary school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, helping students access the curriculum, build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you will support students both in lessons and through small group interventions, helping to raise attainment and promote inclusion. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment, encouraging independence, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring every student feels valued.

Connect Multi-Academy Trust is legally obligated to process a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check before making appointments to relevant posts.
