You will:
· Deliver high-quality teaching and learning within the Art Department, utilising resources effectively to inspire student progress and ensure improved standards of achievement for all students.

· Be able to motivate, challenge and inspire students to achieve their best
· Be able to establish and develop quality working relationships with students and staff.
