Leadership Group Pay Scale L11-L15

To start September 2025

Following the successful promotion of one of our Assistant Headteachers, we are delighted to offer this great opportunity to join our hardworking and highly effective senior leadership team.

Based predominantly within our secondary phase, but impacting across the whole school, this is an ideal opportunity for an existing senior or middle leader who is an outstanding classroom practitioner to join our all-through school and lead this key area of continuous development.

We believe in an inclusive education where all pupils feel like they belong.  We know too that high expectations, high standards and clear messages for both for pupils and staff can and should transform life chances for all pupils. The school has an existing reputation for high quality education with a relentless focus upon high expectations and aspirations. We are a friendly, dynamic and innovative school and pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring student progress through high quality teaching and learning provision for all. The successful applicant will share these values and play an active part in delivering on this commitment.

If you are passionate about teaching, pastoral care, creating a sense of community, and you are able to promote high standards and expectations in others, then we want to hear from you.

We would be happy to host school visits. Please book a visit by contacting the People and Culture Team by email to hr@aletheiatrust.org.uk or by phone on 01474 531495.
