About this Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reliable individual to work within a successful, forward thinking Behaviour and Inclusion team.  The role will involve working with a range of students including those with SEND or those who may need additional support with their social and emotional regulation.

The successful candidate will support students both in mainstream classrooms and during small group interventions. The successful candidate person will also carry responsibility for the leadership of tailored interventions, including:

  •           Leading interventions for students to enable a successful reintegration into the mainstream classroom.
  •          Contributing towards the strategic review and direction of interventions
  •          Tracking and monitoring of students’ progress on interventions

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who shares our ethos of supporting all learners to achieve their full potential and raises aspiration. A high level of competency is essential. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within education.
