Gateway Central Services is seeking Lunchtime Supervisors to join the supportive team at Cams Hill School. This is a varied and active role, helping to create a safe, calm and enjoyable lunchtime experience for pupils. You will help supervise pupils in dining areas, playgrounds and other lunchtime spaces, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils where needed. You will also help during the busiest part of lunch service by supporting the canteen tills, as well as helping to keep areas clean, tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and litter picking.

You will not be working alone. Full guidance and support will be available from pastoral teams, duty staff and members of the Senior Leadership Team throughout the lunchtime period.

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and positive

Calm, patient and fair with pupils

Reliable and punctual

Able to work well as part of a team

Willing to support a range of lunchtime duties

This is a great opportunity to play an important role in school life and help pupils enjoy a safe and positive lunchtime each day.
