You will need:

·       flexibility and the ability to be a team player and use initiative

·       excellent behaviour management skills and an “inclusive ethos”

·       a good level of general education to include maths and English (grade A-C) or equivalent

You will be responsible for:

·         managing a classroom, while supervising and supporting students engaged in learning activities

·         promoting positive values, attitudes and good student behaviour

·         complying with instructions requested by the usual class teacher
