Working under the guidance of the SENDCo and Deputy SENDCo, the HLTA will monitor a small, quiet regulation space and follow learning plans aligned with students' EHCPs

You will need

●      experience in supporting students with complex SEND and SEMH needs, ideally within an inclusion, nurture, or mainstream setting.

●      strong understanding of behaviour as communication, sensory processing needs, ASC, and practical emotional-regulation strategies.

●      The ability to design proactive intervention plans, track student behaviour/progress data, and strategically contribute to inclusive whole-school provision.

●       A calm, patient, and highly resilient approach. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and external professionals in a dynamic school environment.
