Education South West Board of Directors and the Rydon Governing Body invite applications for the position of Headteacher at Rydon Primary School, starting April 1st, 2025 (a September 2025 start can also be accommodated if needed).

Located in the vibrant town of Kingsteignton in South Devon, Rydon is a thriving two-form entry primary school with an excellent and well-earned reputation. Our core values—Responsibility, Resilience, Respect, and Teamwork—are at the heart of everything we do and are evident in the achievements and character of our pupils. We are seeking an experienced, inspirational, and forward-thinking school leader to guide our school on its next stage of growth. You will be ambitious, driven, and dedicated to exploring innovative ways to improve outcomes and life experiences and chances for all pupils.
