About this Role

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? Are you a professional looking for a new challenge, or considering a future career in teaching? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Learning Mentor at Wootton Upper School.

As a Learning Mentor, you’ll play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, both inside and outside the classroom. Whether it’s providing one-to-one support, running small group interventions, or working closely with teaching staff and parents, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on student progress and wellbeing.
