Exciting Leadership opportunity
Are you passionate about SEND education and eager to make a difference to the lives of the students at Fosse Way School? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our leadership team, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership and development of our school community while showcasing your innovative ideas and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be a leader that puts students at the heart of what they do, making a positive impact and raising standards and the quality of experience for all. They will have the potential to provide inspirational and strong leadership to staff to support school improvement and play a leading role in maintaining our high standards.
At Fosse Way staff should anticipate to work in any part of
the school so roles will not necessarily be linked to one specific area i.e.
primary/secondary/ post-16. All senior leadership positions at Fosse Way carry
whole school responsibilities so an understanding of all phases would be a huge
advantage.
